LOCAL PICKUP

  • Local pickup/delivery is available for residents of Opito Bay. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pick-up.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

  • Free delivery on orders over $75 using the code LOVESALT

  • $7.90 flat rate applies to orders under $75

  • $11.90 flat rate applies to orders under $75 in rural areas

  • Orders are packed in a recyclable bag or boxes to keep our environmental foot-print to a minimum

  • Delivery is Tracked NZ Post

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • We regularly ship overseas. So far to the USA, Ireland, UK, Germany and Australia. So get in touch!

  • For International Delivery, at checkout skip down to the delivery address details. Add in your delivery address/country then the International Option will pop up magically!

DISPATCH

  • Our awesome NZ Post courier couple “Toby and Anna” pick up 6 days a week. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours-usually sooner.

  • Shipping: Once the pack is in the hands of the courier we’ll send you a tracking code. Whilst we endeavour to make this shipping process as seamless as possible. Opito Bay Salt Company is not liable for delays or damage encountered by Third parties.

PRODUCT PROMISE

  • If your Opito Bay Salt Co. purchase doesn’t reach you in perfect condition we’ll replace free of charge. Just return the product to us at our address on the Contact page.
