We make our sea salt following a tradition of hand gathering and harvesting our sea salt that has survived 1000’s of years. The sea salt is 100% natural. We test for heavy metals but don’t expect to find them and we screen for micro-plastics which again we don’t expect to find. As people are becoming more and more concerned about the presence of heavy metals and micro-plastics in food we are happy and unique in that we will share results. Our independent scientific analysis covers a range of elements which we are happy to say aren’t in our sea salt.
