Creamy Garlic Mushrooms on Sourdough Toast
Ingredients:
250g button or cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
3 tbsp cream
1 tsp Opito Bay Black Garlic Sea Salt
2 slices sourdough or artisan bread, toasted
Fresh thyme or parsley (optional)
Instructions:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté mushrooms in butter until golden brown.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in cream and simmer until slightly thickened, about 2–3 minutes.
Season with black garlic sea salt and remove from heat.
Spoon generously over toasted bread. Garnish with herbs if desired.
